Trump to sign measure to bolster U.S.'s historically black colleges

By Ayesha Rascoe WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Tuesday aimed at boosting government support for the nation’s historically black colleges. Trump, a Republican, has pledged to improve the lives of black Americans, who voted overwhelmingly in favor of his Democratic opponent, Hillary Clinton, in the 2016 presidential election. Security and protection firm Brink’s (BCO) and railroad transport company CSX (CSX) received buy ratings on Tuesday, while online travel service TripAdvisor (TRIP) and solar-energy firm First Solar (FSLR) were downgraded by Wall Street analysts. Brink’s Seen As Safe SunTrust Robinson Humphrey initiated coverage of Richmond, Va.-based Brink’s with a buy rating and price target of 62. Brink’s, known for its bullet-resistant armored trucks for transporting cash and valuables, rose 1.6% to finish at 53.45, hitting a new all-time high of 54.97 intraday.
